Rental Information

The St. Elmo Fire Hall is available for private rentals, such as intimate weddings and receptions, birthday celebrations, unique meetings, and more.  The Fire Hall Calendar shows the dates and times the Fire Hall is available for rental.  The Fire Hall serves as the home for Syrup and Eggs brunch restaurant Friday through Sunday mornings, and it is available for your afternoon and evening events or special brunch events upstairs in the community room!

The recommended capacity for a Fire Hall event is:

  • 50 for an indoor gathering or sit-down dinner in the Main Hall downstairs
  • 75 people for a indoor/outdoor event 
  • 75+ is available for a come-and-go event
Rates & Requests

Rental rates start between $300 - $600 (Rental Rates List), based on the day of the week and amount of time.  Please complete the form below to receive a follow-up email about renting the Fire Hall for your next occasion.  You can also see the Fire Hall Rental Agreement for our standard contract.  A rental agreement and deposit must be received before a specific date is confirmed and locked in the Fire Hall calendar.
